7:43 pm - update
|
so yesterday the band came over, woke me up at like 8:30 and after a bunch of random stuff we started recording at like 1:00, and that went on till like 8:30. then we went out skateboarding, drove around, skateboarded some more. Then today they came at like 10:30, so we started recording around 11:00, and its still going on right now. so far we have all the drum and guitar track, 3 vocal tracks, and no bass. we hope to get alot done by the end of the night. so thats that, and right now im in a shitty mood, wayy to tired, and i really dont seem to like my singing at all, need sooooo much work. bah, anyways recording is going well, minus me hating my vocal and generally being in a piss poor mood, for serious, im no fun today. anyways, byebye

5:23 pm - lyric for today
|
the big problem is the main attraction dominoes are falling in a chain reaction the scraping subject ruled by fear told me "whiskey life's better than beer" the judge is on vinyl, decisions are final and nobody gets a reprieve and every way this title if you hang around you're going to get well i can't prepare for death any more than i already have all you can do now is watch the shells the game looks easy that's why it sells frustrated fireworks inside your head are going to stand and deliver talk instead the method acting that pays my bills keeps the fat man feeding in beverly hills i got a heavy metal mouth that hurls obscenity and i get my check from the trash treasury cos i took my own insides out it don't matter cos i had no sex life all i want to do now is inject my ex wife i've seen the movie and i know what happens it's a christmas time and the needles on the tree a skinny santa is bringing something to me his voice is overwhelming, but his speech is slurred and i only understand every other word "open your parachute and grab your gun falling down like an omen, my setting son read the part and we turn out fine it's a hell of a role if you can bring it alive" but i don't care if i fuck up i'm going on a date with a rich white lady ain't life great? give me one good reason not to do it this is a place where time reverses dead men talk to all the pretty nurses instruments shine on a silver tray don't let me be carried away don't let me be carried away don't let me be carried away

i got a bag filled with memories of the main land hung on the shoulder, mind strung on a high tracked down the kid who ruined my dreams traped in a head that's just blown into space made out with the slow ride, the one with no cries to leave this masterpeice behind never jumped off any bridge even the ones leading to happiness in fear of the ones that will give me pain
so yes, fun times sitting at home all night i wish i had someone to hear me play guitar so that they can tell me if the stuff i write sucks im the worst judge of my own work, i hate it all

tip-toe down the terror trail, hopeing our hearts wont fail. wistfully frozen in a cluttered state looking at the windows as a chance to escape a freefall just to contradict my fate clearly marking the path behind me with the blood from my head a collapse into concrete that was never real but the taste of defeat was the one that kicked me on the ground
hm, thats kinda depressing, so thats all i will write today, because i am in a good mood. byebye

10:21 pm - up date

I can always count on finding comfort in the little corner of my hear that the light shines with a bit more warmth. Gazing on the vastness of human emotion i wonder how it all must work. It's like the sands of time arguing which grain of sand will go down before the next. If our lives were built on the selfishness of that first grain of sand, we would be burried by the weight of every other grain of sand and the weight of the world. The one who waits patiently and lets everyone kindly go ahead is the one that stands on top of the world. But it will not look opon everyone else in superiority, but instead in wonder and joy of a world peacefully settling over itself, because no grain of sand is any bigger than any other grain
a memorable quote in a book of quotations "a boy and a girl meet in winnipeg, who cares?"
my computer is busted, i wont be on much over the week
